I will share with you all ,some of the tricks i used to increase my brain power in terms of memory and thinking.what defines intelligence it yours ability to adapt to change.now we come to what change does really mean ,it requires you to learn the skill at the faster rate in order to cope up with the environment . we have came to the basic notion of learning,to learn anything first you need a strong memory,yeah you need memory to do programming,playing sports to know the moves.its a basic criteria to be a intelligent.
how to increase your memory power,how does memory formed in your brain its through the process of neurogenesis,process of creating new neurons.some of the scientifically proven methods to increase memory.
