What are the best habits in the night?

  • Take a cold shower
  • Eat half stomach of dinner
  • Brush your teeth
  • Take one glass of warm water
  • Fast forward your today’s incidents you came across and find out if you have done any mistakes
  • Say Sorry for the mistakes you committed
  • Plan for tomorrow To do list
  • Make sure you put your mobile in silent mode and keep away from it atleast one hour before you sleep.
  • Pray or Meditate for 5 minutes before you sleep.
  • Light an organic lamp with minimal lightness in your bed room for positive sleep
In my opinion these are better habits to be followed during night.
