- Take a cold shower
- Eat half stomach of dinner
- Brush your teeth
- Take one glass of warm water
- Fast forward your today’s incidents you came across and find out if you have done any mistakes
- Say Sorry for the mistakes you committed
- Plan for tomorrow To do list
- Make sure you put your mobile in silent mode and keep away from it atleast one hour before you sleep.
- Pray or Meditate for 5 minutes before you sleep.
- Light an organic lamp with minimal lightness in your bed room for positive sleep
In my opinion these are better habits to be followed during night.
