What is something you learned very late in life, but wish you knew much earlier?

1. Remaining silent is one of the most effective ways to get information out of someone.
2. Don't allow your immaturity to make you mismanage your opportunity.
3. The beginning of wisdom is understanding your limitations.
4. You are going to make a lot of mistakes, and not learning from those mistakes is a stupid mistake you don't want to make.
5. Your life is a reflection of your thoughts and your values.
6. Men put their money where their heart is.
7. When you first jump your parachute is not going to open right away. But if you don't jump you will never soar. You will never know.
8. Ease is a greater threat to progress than hardship.
9. Never give up. Without commitment you will never start and without consistence you will never finish.
10. Don't compete with everyone else. Just be the best you can be.
11. Your time here is limited.
12. The things which philosophy attempts to teach by reasoning, poverty forces us to practice.
13. You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.
14. Newton’s First Law applied to poverty : Your bank account will remain empty until you do something about it.
15. Treat failure like a scientist. Your failures don't define you. They are simply data points that help guide the next experiment.
16. Love gives and love sacrifices.
17. Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the best things that will ever happen to us.

19. Nobody wants to hear this, but sometimes the person you want most, is the person you're best without.
20. Remember this :Silence and Smiles are two powerful tools. Smiles are the way to solve many problems and silence is the way to avoid many problems.
21. Don't depend too much on anyone in this world because even your shadow leaves you when you are in darkness.
22. Talk to yourself sometimes. It helps improve your mood and enhance your intelligence and boost your self esteem.
23. If you don't devour when you're young, you'll have nothing to divide when you're old!

Youth goes by quick, you'll never know what you can or cannot do until you throw your whole self into it, devour it. There's an old person inside of you that's depending on you making the right choices today! Do not disappoint that person by being foolish during the strongest years of your life so you will have something to divide when you're older.

perception ?

“intellect” “insight” “sentiment” “notion” “consciousness” “awareness” “perspective” “sense” “sensation” What do these concepts really mean if we compare them with “perception”? (not a native speaker but I can feel they may be related to perception)

Perception has a number of meanings, but it basically means your observation of the outside world based on your five senses.

Another meaning is derived from this, of unusual or above average ability to find meaning or significance where others might see noise or jumble. Note that this kind of perception may be above average due to a broader or deeper sensory picture (better sensory collection) , or a better analysis of the picture by mental processes separate from the senses

Given that, here’s a gloss on where the other words may or may not overlap with either of these two definitions:

• Intellect. A person of high intellect might be supposed to display this second definition of acute or above average perception, due to a better analysis of what the senses are relating. Higher intellect can process the sensory input (perception of the first kind) better, to produce a higher-quality “perception” (of the second kind)
• Insight. Obviously related to the second type of perception, but again more of a follow-on process after perception (of the first kind). Closely related to intellect or the next word,
• Sentiment. Sentiment refers more to the emotions, which are another way the mind imbues sensory input with meaning. As with intellect, sentiment is a consumer of perceptions (first kind) to produce its output (meaning)
• Notion. A mental process, similar to idea. Some philosophers (Hume?) maintain that all ideas are the product of sensory impressions
• Consciousness. Too big a word! Whether consciousness depends on the senses or not at all is a topic of much discussion and few conclusions
• Awareness. Obviously depends on perception, but again a follow-on mental process
• Perspective. Point of view, which is to say, the realization that your position in space affects what you perceive and how you interpret it
• Sense and sensation. Basically synonymous with each other and with perception (first kind—sight, sound, smell, taste, feel) although
• Sense sometimes has a separate meaning having to do with other mental qualities such as practicality or perception of the second kind

Hope this helps. I’d say I’ve been more accurate than not in the shades of meaning I’ve drawn, but I’m certain someone else can put it more clearly.

Highly Intelligent people are aware of their Full Power.

7. They know that they can change their Reality by changing their Thoughts.
8. They are aware that whatever is happening in their Life it is their Full Responsibility.
9. They do not blame anyone but investigate what they have been Thinking.
10. They know that Humanity is in a deep state of Amnesia.
11. They know that the “Elite” is using Brainwashing and Mind Control to manipulate the Masses.
12. They know that the “Elite” is controlling the Thoughts of Humanity via the Media.
13. They know that Brainwashed Human Beings are creating the Physical Reality the “Elite” wants Humanity to create.
14. They know that the “Elite” is controlled by Evil ETs.
15. They know that they are here on Planet Earth to awaken to Who We Really Are.
16. They know that when they are Awake they won’t be anymore the effect of the “Elite” and their imposed Physical Reality.
17. They know that they are Immortal and Eternal Spiritual Beings.
18. They know that the death of the Body is not the end of their Life.
19. They know that at the death of the Body they will decide what is their next Game.
20. Thus, they know that they are Totally Free and have Unlimited Free Will.

Metaphysics is the only science on Planet Earth that helps Humanity understand Who We Really Are, our Origins and Where We Are Going.
